In this session, we will explore the innovative use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in software quality assurance. The presentation will highlight the development of a QA approach called RAGTAG—a collaboration with industry partners leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with LLMs.

Dr Chetan Arora

Dr Chetan Arora is a senior lecturer in software engineering at Monash University. Dr Arora is passionate about requirements engineering, software quality assurance, and applied AI research. He is currently working on improving the reliability and trustworthiness of software solutions using (generative) AI techniques. He has extensive experience working in and with industry in different domains, e.g., satellite communication, healthcare, financial, and legal systems. Dr Arora has won several best paper awards for his work.
